Refund policy

We offer 30-day returns with free return shipping on all eligible items. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To start a return, email us at cuezyco@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label, the return address, and instructions for sending your package back. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition that you received them, unused, in the original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Sale items are returnable and follow the same 30-day return window.

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right.

For exchanges, return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, email us at cuezyco@gmail.com.
