Order Processing

Cuezy Cue Holder products ship within 1–2 business days from our North Carolina workshop. Made-to-order items (such as apparel and accessories produced through Printify) are processed within 3–7 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, and destination. We currently ship worldwide.

Estimated delivery times for the United States:

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays beyond our control.

International shipping times vary.

Some items are shipped directly from our production partners, which may result in different delivery times. Delivery estimates for made-to-order items are displayed on each product page.

Carriers We Use

We primarily ship through USPS to ensure fast, reliable delivery.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please first check your tracking information and contact the carrier. After doing so, email us at cuezyco@gmail.com and we will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.
